Sarbloh Vanilla Cake from From Tarnveer Singh
Ingredients:
- 2 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 CUP OF SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON OF BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA
- 1/2 CUP VEGTABLE/COCONUT OIL
- 1 - 3/4 CUP OF MILK
- 1/2 TABLESPOON OF LEMON JUICE (JUICE + ZEST FROM 1/2 LEMON)
- 1 VANILLA BEAN
- HANDFUL COCONUT FLAKES
Ingredients: (Frosting)
- 1 CUP OF POWDERED SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP OF BUTTER
- 1 TABLESPOON OF MILK (AS NEEDED)
- 1/2 TABLESPOON OF LEMON JUICE
Instructions:
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FARENHEIT FOR 45 MINUTES
