Ingredients:
- Two good sized potatoes
- Oil (Deep Fry)
- Salt
Instructions:
- Wash Potatoes
- Peel thin slices using a peeler (leave skin on for a crisp edge)
- Wash thin potato slices
- Dry off water using a tea towel
- Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and lightly golden (oil should not be over heated)
- Season with salt.
