Sarbloh Chips from Gurmat Bibek

Instructions:

  1. Wash Potatoes
  2. Peel thin slices using a peeler (leave skin on for a crisp edge)
  3. Wash thin potato slices
  4. Dry off water using a tea towel
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and lightly golden (oil should not be over heated)
  6. Season with salt.
