Sarbloh Peanut Butter Cookies from Gurdwara Tapoban Sahib
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of peanuts (pour the peanuts into a food processor and blend the peanuts for 2 mins until they are at a chunky peanut butter stage)
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- ½ cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of dahi/egg replacer
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients except for the peanut butter, then add the peanut butter to the cookie dough.
- Shape the dough into little balls, you can use a sarbloh spoon or what ever you wish to flatten the cookies... bake until golden brown for about 10 to 12 mins.
