Sarbloh Muffins from Gurdwara Tapoban Sahib
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sifted all purpose flour
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of grannulated sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of egg replacer, mixed with water 1 and 1/4 cups milk or carnation milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- You may want to add nuts, dried fruits, or Blueberries (optional).
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.
- Combine egg replacer milk & oil. Add all at once to let some air into the batter.
- Stir in your extra ingredients (optinal) then stir untill throughly damped.
- Turn into greased muffin pans about 2/3 full.
- Then Bake at 400 degree F for 25 min.
