Ingredients:
- 4 cups of Milk (whole milk preferred)
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of jaag (yogurt that has live cultures, too much will make it sour)
Instructions:
- Bring the milk to a boil. As it begins to form bubbles on its surface, turn it off and cover.
- Let cool to 119 degrees F or slightly warmer than room temperature. One way to check is to put a few drops on the inside of your wrist. If it feels hot, it is not cool enough.
- Add the jaag starter and mix well
- Cover and wrap with towel and/or blanket and put it in the oven or somewhere warm for 5-8 hours at least Keep warmer and wrap more in cold weather.
