Sarbloh Apple Pie from Gurdwara Tapoban Sahib
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 cups of sugar (half white, half brown)
- 2 cups of butter
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3/4 of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 4 to 5 apples, peeled, cut into very small pieces
- walnuts/almonds (optinal)
Instructions:
- mix all of the ingredients besides the apples
- spray a tray with oil
- put apples layer on bottom
- put flour mix on top of the apples
- cover tray with foil paper
- bake at 450 ~ 25-30 mins
- let it cool for about 10-15 mins
